How Does This All Work?

Pick out your equipment on our web site
Choose your date and time
Call our offices and talk with the friendly guys to make sure the equipment and dates are available, we can accommodate almost any time frame
We will ask you; date and time of event, type of event, address where equipment will be delivered, type of surface equipment will be set up on, name and address of responsible party, event day phone numbers (cell and home).
That's it! We will send you contracts along with safety instructions and a return envelope to send us a copy of the contract. A deposit is not required for most parties.
Sit back and relax, you just booked the best company for your party, BIG TIME Inflatables!
Day of the Party/Event; we will call you to verify weather conditions
Our crews will arrive and set up your reserved equipment anywhere from 30 - 90 minutes prior to your requested time ( a responsible adult must be on site/home for delivery crew to conduct a short safety course)
Final payment will be due; if paying by credit card you MUST make final payment on our web site BEFORE we deliver the equipment
We will return after your rental period to remove the equipment
THAT'S IT, THE KIDS WILL REMEMBER THIS PARTY FOR A LONG TIME AND THEY WILL SLEEP GOOD THAT NIGHT!

Deposit is Required At Time Of Confirmation is some circumstances
Balance Due Upon Delivery of Unit/s

Responsible Adult Must Be Present At All Times
No Shoes, Food, Drinks, Silly String or Pets Allowed In The Units
Children must be sorted by size, age and maximum weight and capacity of inflatable must never be exceeded
Electric Outlet Must Be Within 50 Feet Of Where Inflatable Will Be Set-UP
Inflatables Can Not Be Set-Up If Winds Will Exceed 20 MPH, Or Threat Of Rain
Inflatables Can Be Set-Up On Level Grass Or Any Hard Flat Surface (additional cost)
Area where inflatable will be set up must be clean of all debris (including animal waste)
Every Unit Is Cleaned And Sanitized After Use
Additional Fees will be added for Extended Delivery area,fuel surcharges,unusual set-up of equipment e.g. steps, hard surface set-up requiring sand bags, tarps. Our trucks must be able to access sites within 100'. We must have a gate of at least 36". Call our office for unusual circumstances.
Extended time available for rentals. Ask for rates
We will not set up when temps are or will be below 40, threat of rain or snow or high winds . Sorry , No Exceptions!

Corporate Events may have additional charges/fees
